Mr. Jagapathi Rao

Chairman

Jagapathi Rao is associated with the My Home Group, one of India's leading diversified business groups with interests in infrastructure, cement, power, real estate, and energy sectors. With extensive exposure to industrial and infrastructure businesses, he has contributed to organisational growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to quality and ethical business practices. He is known for his practical approach, people-centric leadership style, and focus on long-term value creation.

Mr. RK Roy Chowdhury

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

RK Roy Chowdhury is an engineering professional and industry leader with over five decades of experience in power generation, electrical systems, and industrial project execution. Over the course of his career, he has led and delivered projects across the power, steel, fertilizer, agro-based, and automobile sectors. His expertise spans design engineering, project management, erection, testing, commissioning, and the operation and maintenance of both conventional and renewable energy projects. He spearheaded the conversion of a 20 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant into an 8 MW Biomass-based Non-Conventional Power Plant, an achievement recognised and awarded by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2002. He is currently focused on advancing sustainable and renewable energy initiatives as part of India's green energy transition.

Mr. Jupally Ramu Rao

Director

Mr. Jupally Ramu Rao holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. He has served as director across several companies, including as Whole Time Director of Theja Energy Limited, Hyderabad.

Mr. Sudin Prakash Chattopadhyay

President

Sudin Prakash Chattopadhyay brings over 35 years of experience in the power and energy sector. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance and Strategy from XLRI, Jamshedpur. His expertise spans power generation, project execution, business transformation, and strategic leadership. During his association with Alstom Power, he played a significant role in the development of India's supercritical power programme. As President of Abja Power and My Home Power Consultancy Services, he leads overall business operations, strategic growth, and new business development, with a focus on delivering long-term value through reliability and operational excellence.
