Waste Heat Recovery Power Plants

Abja Power develops and executes waste heat recovery power plants, primarily for cement and steel manufacturers. WHR plants capture heat generated as a byproduct of the cement manufacturing process and convert it into electricity, reducing the plant's dependence on grid power and lowering operating costs. Scope of work includes:

• Boiler package
• Steam turbine generator package
• Electrical and instrumentation systems
• Civil and structural works
• Testing and commissioning

Abja Power develops WHR plants in-house and executes them on a turnkey basis.

Solar EPC

Abja Power executes solar power projects across a range of scales and installation types for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Installation types include:

• Ground-mounted solar farms, large-scale installations for industrial clients and independent power producers. Abja Power has commissioned a 42MWp ground-mounted solar plant at Mellacheruvu, Telangana, the company's largest solar project to date.
• Rooftop solar, installations on commercial and residential buildings, integrating high-tension line connections and grid compliance.
• Shed-mounted solar, installations on industrial shed and warehouse structures.

Solar capacities executed range from 3 KWp rooftop systems to 42MWp ground-mounted plants.
